About Duvo

Duvo helps big companies actually finish the operational work that nobody on their team has time to close. The stuff that lives across an ERP, a few portals, somebody's inbox, three spreadsheets and the occasional phone call.

Our customers include Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Boden, Notino, Allegro and Rohlik. The buyer is usually a Head of Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or IT at a large retailer or consumer goods brand, and increasingly the same roles in other industries.

We raised a $32M Series A in October 2026, led by Balderton with Index, Northzone and Credo, taking us to $48M raised. The US is where a large share of that goes.

About the role

You would be the first SDR in the United States.

Duvo is European by origin and is now building properly in the US. We have Enterprise AEs on the ground and we are live on the Azure Marketplace, which shortens procurement for a lot of enterprise buyers. What we do not have yet is a dedicated outbound motion here. That is the job.

You build it: the target list, the messaging, the tooling, the cadence. You will work directly with our US AEs and with the SVP of Go to Market.

What you'll do
  • Build pipeline into enterprise retail and consumer goods in the US, and into the industries we are opening up next.

  • Find the right person, not the easy one. Our champions are Heads of Supply Chain, Finance Directors, Commercial Operations leads. They do not answer generic outbound.

  • Research like it matters, because it does. Every company has a specific process that is quietly costing them money. Your job is to work out which one, before you write a word.

  • Run outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn and whatever works next.

  • Use AI properly, not decoratively. Research, list building, personalisation, qualification. If you are doing something fifty times by hand, build the thing that does it.

  • Hand over qualified meetings with a hypothesis attached, so the AE walks into the first call already knowing what the problem probably is.

  • Feed back what the US market actually responds to. The European messaging will not transfer unchanged and we would rather know early.

Who you are
  • 2+ years in an SDR or BDR seat selling B2B software, with a track record you can point at. We want to see a full cycle of quota attainment, not three months of promise.

  • You have worked with AI technology, as a user or a seller. This is not a nice to have for us. You should be able to tell us what you use, why, and where it stops being useful.

  • AI-native tooling is how you work. Clay, Lemlist or their equivalents, and an LLM you actually trust. If your answer is that you use ChatGPT to tidy up emails, this will not be a fit.

  • You are a hunter. You build your own list and go after it. You are not waiting on marketing.

  • You can write. Short, specific, about them.

  • You take rejection like a professional. Most people will not reply. The job is doing it well anyway.

  • Comfortable being the first of something, in a company whose head office is five to nine hours ahead of you.

Nice to have
  • Experience selling into retail, CPG or supply chain operations.

  • Exposure to consumption-based pricing, hyperscaler ecosystems or partner-led selling.

  • Experience selling through a cloud marketplace.

  • You have built something yourself, at work or outside it, that other people use.

What we offer
  • Competitive base with uncapped commission. We share the OTE range on the first call.

  • Equity. Everyone at Duvo has it.

  • A Series A company with real customers, real proof points and the funding to go after a much bigger market.

  • The US outbound motion, to build rather than inherit.

  • Remote from anywhere in the US.

  • Quarterly offsite in Prague.

How we hire
  1. Screening call with Talent

  2. Conversation with the hiring manager

  3. Practical exercise, discussed live rather than prepared for weeks

  4. Final conversation

We try to close the loop in under three weeks.
