We are looking for a Sales Development Representative and play a crucial role in the growth and success of a company by generating leads and creating opportunities for the sales team. This is a remote role open to qualified candidates in any major metro in the US.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage a pipeline of warm accounts and signal-drive prospects surfaced through our SDR workflows, partnering closely with AEs on strategic accounts by conducting account research, qualifying prospects, and developing tailored outreach
  • Conduct proactive lead follow-up including email campaigns, targeted calls and social engagement to drive engagement and convert MQLs to SQLs
  • Navigate complex business environments and uncover and translate needs into business opportunities
  • Build pipeline by initiating conversations and building relationships with marketing qualified leads through a mix of phone calls (cold calling), emails, LinkedIn messages, and In-person events.
  • Work in coordination with marketing and sales teams to identify potential ICP companies and individuals and conduct dedicated outreach to secure sales meetings.
Requirements
  • Excellent communicator and listener
  • Can-do attitude, highly organized, and strong work ethic
  • Business-level English written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
  • Process and detail-oriented​
  • Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high-volume business; strong time management skills
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales 
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and production levels as defined by marketing management
