Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, resilient Sales Development Representative to serve as the engine of our growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for sparking interest and building the pipeline that fuels the company’s success. This is an ideal position for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to master the fundamentals of the sales cycle while making an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Manage a consistent daily cadence of outreach across phone and email to exceed activity benchmarks.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects and overcome common objections.
  • Research target accounts and key stakeholders to ensure outreach is relevant and impactful.
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Document all activity meticulously within the CRM to maintain data integrity and track progress.

Requirements
  • Proven experience or a strong desire to work in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
  • A "hunter" mentality with the resilience to handle rejection and remain focused on goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a production-oriented role.
  • Competitive spirit and a drive to consistently hit and exceed established KPIs.
  • Previous experience using CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Prior experience in a high-call-volume role or telemarketing environment.
  • Knowledge of sales prospecting tools and email automation software.
