From building industry-leading products to cultivating an exceptional company culture, our core values guide everything we do. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to drive impact. If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing Sales team by qualifying and managing inbound leads from marketing campaigns and digital channels. This is a key role at the top of our sales funnel—responsible for engaging with interested prospects, uncovering their needs, and setting the foundation for a successful partnership.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for creating an excellent first impression with potential customers. You should have experience in handling inbound leads, quickly identifying quality opportunities, and collaborating closely with Account Executives to move deals forward.

The ideal candidate has worked in a high-volume environment, is comfortable using tools like Salesforce, and thrives when connecting with prospects in a professional and consultative manner.

What will you do?
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and third-party platforms
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential commercial clients
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition to prospects and understand their business needs
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on follow-up strategy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead conversion and meeting-set quotas
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance
  • Stay informed on product updates, pricing, and industry trends
What skills and experience should you bring?
  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role—preferably in a commercial or mid-market environment
  • Proven success in qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with professionals across all levels
  • CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools is a plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset
Why join us?

You’ll be joining a high-growth, innovative company where your work has real impact. In addition to working alongside talented peers and leadership, we offer:

  • Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health and Dependent Care FSA
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Gender-neutral parental leave
  • Paid company holidays and sick time
  • Employee stock purchase program
  • Gym and cell phone reimbursement
  • Company-sponsored events, team offsites, and happy hours
  • Supportive, inclusive, and fun work environment

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. The range posted here is the on-target earnings (OTE) for this position, inclusive of base salary and commissions. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.
