- Represent the company’s products and services with a comprehensive understanding of their value.
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging sales executives for next steps.
- Identify and implement best practices to refine the lead generation playbook.
- Utilize Salesforce, outbound calling, and email campaigns to create new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to building a great team.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar.
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
