WHO WE NEED:
We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our high-performing sales team and help drive new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and building strong customer relationships while partnering closely with Sales Managers to support sales strategy and growth. This position plays a key role in representing our company’s mission, values, and commitment to ethical, people-first sales.

- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to take initiative
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow through coaching

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience prospecting new business through cold calling, outreach, social media, or networking
- Ability to research and identify new business opportunities
- Experience qualifying outbound leads within an assigned territory
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Ability to accurately collate and maintain customer information
- Experience partnering with sales leaders on strategy, lead progression, and relationship building
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
