As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

We are looking for a SDR to join our remote team. You will be helping the CEO and future sales team, focusing on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. You will be responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline.
- Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
- Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook
Assist CEO / Sales on:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Contact and qualify potential customers
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Track progress toward meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Attend online networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
