  • Build a strong pipeline of new institutional opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, and conference engagement.
  • Strengthen and manage relationships with existing nursing program partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and consultative presentations to key decision-makers via Zoom and in-person when needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Content, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity data in Salesforce and report regularly on territory performance.
  • Stay current on nursing education trends, accreditation standards, and licensing exam requirements to guide strategy.
  • Represent Blueprint at nursing education conferences, webinars, and industry events to elevate our visibility in the space.
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience, ideally in higher education, healthcare, or edtech.
  • Deep familiarity with the nursing education space, including pre-licensure (NCLEX) and advanced practice (NP) programs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a solution-oriented, relationship-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with web-based sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace, Excel, Slack).
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, and coachability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Former or practicing RN, NP, or nursing educator with a passion for improving healthcare education.
