Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to own the creation, organization, and continuous improvement of the training, content, and tools our sales and customer success teams rely on every day. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Sales - translating complex virtual care capabilities into compelling, easy-to-use resources that shorten sales cycles, improve win rates, and help our team confidently navigate competitive conversations.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, execution, and operational excellence in a fast-moving healthcare technology company.
Responsibilities:
Account-based Content Development & ROI Modeling
Build and maintain a comprehensive sales content library—pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, demo scripts, and RFP response templates - tailored to AvaSure's key buyer personas for specific in-pipeline opportunities (CNOs, CFOs, CIOs, VPs of Patient Safety).
Develop compelling and personalized business cases for health system decision-makers.
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure all assets reflect current platform features, pricing, and positioning across all solutions.
Maintain version control and content governance to ensure the field is always using accurate, approved materials.
AI Enablement
Drive AI into sales team's daily habits, measured by usage and time saved.
Build AI-assisted selling workflows: first-draft RFPs and proposals, call prep, and instant answers for reps.
Own the knowledge base that powers the AI: clean, tagged, and current, so it returns accurate answers reps can trust.
Sales Readiness & Training
Collaborate with Sales leadership to assess gaps in rep knowledge and design targeted enablement programs, playbooks, and onboarding curricula.
Create and drive the adoption of training materials and programs for sales knowledge.
Drive adoption of enablement tools and content through regular enablement sessions, MS Teams updates, and office hours.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical Informatics and Customer Success to surface content needs and close knowledge gaps.
Work with the Customer Success team to develop expansion playbooks, QBR templates, and renewal narratives aligned to AvaSure's ROI data.
Analytics & Optimization
Track content utilization, rep engagement, and pipeline influence metrics to identify high-performing assets and retire low-value materials.
Gather feedback from the field to continuously refine resources based on real-world selling scenarios.
Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize CRM (Dynamics) content tagging, BigTinCan organization, and other related platforms.
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a closely related field - preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or medical devices.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Direct experience in a customer-facing sales role (sales, sales engineering, account management, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to create polished, audience-centric sales materials from scratch with minimal direction.
- Demonstrated use of AI to improve productivity, with clear ideas for applying it to sales enablement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex clinical and technical concepts for executive buyers.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with content management or sales enablement platforms (e.g., BigTinCan).
- Comfortable with data - able to track asset performance and tie enablement activities to revenue outcome.
- Background in virtual care, telehealth, patient safety, or nursing technology preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare buyer journeys and procurement processes (value analysis committees, IDNs, GPOs) is a plus.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM preferred.
- Exposure to clinical ROI modeling or health economics content is a plus.
Physical Demands & Working Environment:
- Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing.
