Own the technical pre-sales process for a martech platform: lead discovery, build tailored demos and solutions, manage POCs/RFIs, design integrations/workflows, and hand off to Customer Success while surfacing market feedback to Product and Engineering.

Eulerity powers automated, localized digital marketing for multi-location brands and franchise systems — helping them run sophisticated campaigns across hundreds or thousands of locations at once. We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of our pre-sales process: someone who understands the operational complexity of multi-location marketing, knows how to implement and operationalize software across teams, and can connect a platform's capabilities to the real challenges brands bring to the table. This role sits at the intersection of sales and product. You'll directly influence our sales success and product evolution — and strong performers grow into Senior Solutions Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer or leadership tracks in Product or Customer Success. This is a remote role.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients, translate their needs into tailored platform demos and solution proposals, and own the technical thread of the sales cycle from first call through close.
  • Design and propose solutions — including integrations and custom workflows — for complex enterprise, franchise, and multi-location clients, including managing POC evaluations and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Surface client feedback and multi-location marketing trends as actionable insights for Product and Engineering — you're the voice of the market internally.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and successful onboarding post-sale.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years in a client-facing role at a B2B SaaS company — titles like Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Marketing Technology Lead, or Marketing Operations Manager.
  • Experience working with or directly serving multi-location brands, franchise systems, regional chains, or agencies managing clients at scale.
  • Hands-on familiarity with the digital marketing ecosystem: ad platforms (Google, Meta), campaign management, tracking, and analytics.
  • Experience implementing or operationalizing software — a martech platform rollout, vendor onboarding, or systems implementation across teams or locations.
  • Equally comfortable presenting to a VP of Marketing and walking an ops team through a workflow — you simplify complexity without losing the substance.
  • Early-stage or high-growth company experience, or a track record of building process while executing, is a strong plus.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive benefits
    • Medical insurance
    • Dental insurance
    • Vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401(k) match
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Paid Parental Leave

Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks, and other opportunities. The expected total compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience.
