  • Customer Feedback: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, providing valuable feedback to product management and engineering to help improve Cynet’s platform and meet market demands.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends in cybersecurity and managed security services, ensuring partners understand how Cynet stays ahead of emerging threats.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the cybersecurity space.
  • Experience working with MSPs and MSSPs is a must.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including endpoint protection, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat detection/response.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience conducting technical product demonstrations and PoCs.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, network security, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
