The Sales Executive for Radiology IT will manage strategic sales plans, foster industry partnerships, sell complex technology, and exceed business sales targets.
- Build Account Call Plans and/or Miller Heiman Blue Sheets for strategic deals and update them throughout the sales cycle
- Act as a subject matter expert by staying current on radiology, imaging workflow, and industry trends
- Partner closely with Marketing and Inside Sales to develop leads, campaigns, and prospecting strategies
- Represent the company at key industry conferences such as RSNA, SIIM, and additional radiology associations
- Work in Salesforce daily to manage contacts, activities, and opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed your annual new business sales targets
- Maintain a healthy pipeline at 3–5×quota
- Forecast opportunities accurately using our structured sales process
Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, with a strong record of new business acquisition
- Proven success selling complex technology or service solutions
- Experience in radiology/imaging environments strongly preferred
- Background selling reporting workflow, RIS/PACS, or related imaging applications is a plus
- Strong consultative selling approach and ability to manage long, technical sales cycle
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling AI-driven solutions into clinical environments
- Existing network of radiology leaders (C-suite, Chiefs of Radiology, Imaging Directors)
- Prior success selling to both community practices and large IDNs
- Certification in Miller Heiman Strategic Selling
