About the RoleWe’re hiring for this role as contract-to-hire. You’ll begin on a part-time contract so we can confirm it’s a great mutual fit, with a clear path to a full-time position for the right person.
Our Growth team generates demand and qualifies opportunities. Your responsibility begins when a prospect expresses interest in learning more about our services. From there, you’ll own the entire customer journey, leading discovery, positioning solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, closing new business, and growing customer relationships over time.
This role is designed for someone who thrives on ownership. We aren’t looking for someone who follows a rigid playbook. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks commercially, and finds creative ways to turn opportunities into long-term customers.
What You’ll Do- Own all qualified sales opportunities generated by our Growth team.
- Respond promptly to interested prospects and guide them through the sales process.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Position AI workflows, AI agents, automation solutions, and custom software services based on customer needs.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial recommendations.
- Lead negotiations and close new business.
- Manage customer relationships after the sale, including renewals, upsells, and account growth.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and successful customer outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate CRM and healthy sales pipeline.
- Continuously improve how we sell by testing new ideas, refining messaging, and identifying better ways to convert opportunities.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Based in the United States.
- Experience selling AI workflows, AI agents, automation services, custom software development, AI consulting, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using modern CRM and sales tools.
Bonus Points
- Experience selling AI-powered solutions to mid-market or enterprise businesses.
- Familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI ecosystems.
- Previous startup experience.
