- Build and optimize prompts for analysis, reporting, and automation
- Integrate AI into workflows (e.g., reporting, dashboards, operations processes)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 10-week internship program that includes a comprehensive, structured classroom training curriculum focused on the Medicare business and serving Medicare-eligible members and prospects seeking health care coverage
- Take part in networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, speaker series, and additional enrichment activities throughout the summer program
- Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through sales competitions, simulated practice, projects, and job shadowing
- Gain exposure to our end-to-end sales process, health insurance, consumer base, and the role our organization plays in the market
- Build an understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer Sales model and its role in overall distribution
- Gain hands-on experience with sales and sales support processes through phone-based and operational activities that help deliver high-quality experiences for those we serve

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the full duration of the internship; internships are not intended for graduating seniors
