The Job/What You’ll Do:
This internship opportunity will focus on assisting the internal sales team by creating Advisor facing reports, campaign management and reporting, pre and post Advisor event support, and working directly with Advisors on very specific tasks. This position may also be called upon to support Salesforce.com projects and limited office administration duties. This role represents an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wants to be exposed to a world-class sales organization, be challenged to think creatively, and create processes and infrastructure that will support and streamline the sales process.
Objectives:
Gain work experience within a sales organization in a financial services-related field
Learn to automate/institutionalize the sales process
Gain insights into how to successfully collaborate within a cross-functional organization
Increase knowledge of working within CRM and business systems & technology
Responsibilities:
Campaign management, including prospect and client email, calling, and event campaigns
Working directly with Advisors in a limited capacity to answer questions and provide information
Gather, compile, and analyze data to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities within the Sales Administration team
Provide general administrative support to the team as directed
Make calls to prospective financial advisors to confirm data and/or invite them to events
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office® (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written communication; technical writing proficiency preferred
Comfortable managing and navigating through data and content
Ability to self-direct and manage time and priorities
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and be a team player
A positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude
Education & Experience:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, we will consider recent graduates
Preferred minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Internship Details:
Hourly wage: $17.00 per hour
Duration: June 8, 2026- August 14, 2026
