Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and own a sales process to manage and prioritize outbound activity, lead intake, sales pipeline, and existing customer engagement.

Willing and able to take responsibility for driving the evolution of the go-to-market strategy and continuously growing revenue with your sales efforts.

Present our services with power and conviction

Responsive, highly accountable and solution focused when dealing with clients

Demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives

Desired Skills and Experience

5-10 years experience in IT/Software Consulting Sales with a demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, carry through and close deals.

Should be an Individual contributor. 

The ideal candidate must have a positive & upbeat mentality and strong consultative selling skills

Need to stay up to date on Market, Business and competitive trends in the IT/Software Service domains

Strong knowledge of technology jobs and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly to understand them on a high level

Must be a highly skilled hunter and/or farmer, self motivated with self-confidence, patience and a strong desire to exceed expectations

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education background of Sales/Marketing or related field. (Will consider fresh college grads from reputed undergrad and business schools)

Excellent communication skills –both verbally (including presentation skills) and written (documents, proposals, RFx responses).
