Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Sales & Marketing Executives. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, sales strategies, customer relationship management (CRM), market research, and digital marketing activities. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to the organization's growth initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical sales and marketing skills, build professional experience, and gain exposure to the software services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
These are the high-level activities we expect the individual to learn and execute during the internship.

• Lead Generation: Generating sales leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
• Client Interaction: Communicating with clients, vendors, and suppliers, often assisting in maintaining relationships.
• Sales Support: Assisting in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and managing email campaigns.
• Administrative Tasks: Updating sales records, managing customer databases, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Meeting Participation: Attending and participating in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events.
• Sales Processes: Observing and learning the sales processes, including how to close deals and negotiate.
• Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations to convey insights and recommendations to senior management
• Market Research: Conducting research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
• Marketing activities: Drive social media campaigns, coordinate organizational announcements to external world, build and deliver newsletters to prospects.
