Job Description:

   

Role will be focused on enabling and optimizing the full sales lifecycle. This includes developing and implementing processes, tools, analytics, and forecasting mechanisms to support sales productivity and revenue growth. The role collaborates closely with sales, order management, supply chain, finance, and other cross‑functional partners to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business strategy. Other priorities are identifying sales enablement opportunities and develop action plans to address customer/partner satisfaction issues and coordinate with sales and supply chain teams on future product needs and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for the design and implementation of processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit.
  • Consults with senior and executive business leaders to identify relevant analytics, standards and metrics for the assigned areas
  • develops overall sales operations framework, including forecasts and budgets, to meet resource and sales client needs
  • Identifies and evaluates new technologies, process innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value
  • creates plans for integration and update into sales operations architecture.
  • Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions of executive business leadership, sales partners and customers.
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of innovation and excellence.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically 7+ years’ experience business operations, or similar areas of business, if a candidate is qualified and does not have the exact experience, we would encourage to apply so the team can see if you would potentially be a fit!
  • Strong excel skills needed
  • Data analytics experience
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships within the business and with external customers
  • Experience working with external customers is a plus
  • Experience and ability to adapt to changing circumstances within the business

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
  • Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems
  • Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities.
  • History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for quality systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.

– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 120,000 - 228,000 in Massachusetts // 105,500 - 243,000 in Texas
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered."
