Job Description SummaryThe Sales Operations Director for Contrast Media will play a pivotal role in elevating the capabilities of GE HealthCare USCAN's Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) teams. This position involves optimizing sales territories, managing accurate forecasts, and streamlining operational processes to drive efficiency and performance. Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Operations Support: Strategically partner with the Sales GM and Marketing teams to drive commercial excellence within the PDx Franchise, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achieving targeted outcomes.
  • Territory & Account Planning: Lead the optimization of sales territories by analyzing market trends and developing collaborative growth strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Develop data-driven forecasts, monitor sales pipelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure accurate and reliable sales projections.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize and streamline sales processes, establish best practices, and ensure accountability across the organization to enhance operational efficiency.
  • KPI Monitoring: Proactively track and analyze key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to drive desired business outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
  • Variable Compensation: Lead the strategy, execution, and consistency of variable compensation plans across all PDx modalities, including plan design, SPIFF development, and quota strategy, to motivate and reward high performance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide visionary leadership, manage daily operations, set strategic goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to align on key initiatives and drive integrated solutions that support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in Commercial Operations with a strong preference for the healthcare sector, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
  • Extensive experience in territory planning and sales forecasting, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning.
  • Expertise in SFDC Reporting and BI Dashboard Usage, leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree is desirable, providing an advanced understanding and expertise in relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Fusion, with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • In-depth understanding of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools, capable of transforming data into actionable insights and visualizations.

Experience with Territory Management Software, such as SFDC Territory Module, Anaplan, or similar platforms, ensuring efficient and strategic territory planning and management
