Key Responsibilities
Forecasting, Reporting & Analytics
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue performance analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment, and ARR/MRR
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Partner with Sales Enablement to provide data-driven metrics supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing performance improvement
- Support territory planning, quota modeling, and compensation plan administration
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue efficiency, pipeline health, and overall sales productivity
- Own, optimize, and govern CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, forecasting tools)
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adoption across all sales systems
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support scalable growth
- Partner closely with Finance on revenue reporting, forecasting, and deal approvals
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead flow analysis, conversion metrics, and attribution modeling
- Work with Customer Success to analyze renewals, upsell opportunities, and churn insights
Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related functions
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting
- Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
- Extensive experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to partner with senior sales leadership and influence strategic decision-making
- Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, or transformational environments
- Background supporting B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or recurring revenue business models
- Experience with compensation design, territory strategy, and CPQ tools
- Strong financial acumen and demonstrated partnership with Finance leadership
