We are hiring a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to be the connective tissue between our Sales, Marketing, and go-to-market teams. This is a hands-on execution role - you will own new seller onboarding, partner with Marketing to build tools and content reps actually use, and manage our end-to-end RFP process. You will work closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our reps are equipped to sell effectively from day one.
What You’ll DoSales Onboarding & Training
- Design, own, and continuously improve the new hire onboarding program for AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers - including structured tracks, milestones, assessments, and ramp benchmarks
- Certify new reps on product knowledge, messaging, and sales methodology in partnership with Sales leadership
- Coordinate with HR, Product, and Marketing to keep onboarding content current; track time-to-productivity and iterate based on results
- Facilitate live training sessions, role-plays, and skills workshops for new hires and tenured reps
Marketing Liaison & Sales Content
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales and Marketing - translating rep needs into content and tool requests
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop and maintain playbooks, battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts
- Ensure all sales content is organized, current, and accessible in the enablement platform (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or similar)
- Coordinate sales input on product launches, campaign alignment, and messaging updates; support rollout and adoption of new sales tools
RFP Management
- Own the RFP content repository - keeping standard responses, company information, security questionnaires, and supporting materials up to date
- Manage end-to-end RFP response: intake, triage, assignment, drafting, review, and submission
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Finance for accurate, timely responses; enforce quality standards and approval workflows
- Track RFP win/loss data to improve future responses; evaluate and implement RFP automation tools (e.g., Responsive, RFPIO, Loopio)
RequirementsWhat You Bring
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a closely related B2B SaaS role
- Demonstrated experience building or managing a sales onboarding or enablement program
- Strong project management skills - able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills; experience creating sales content, playbooks, or training materials
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal
- Experience managing an RFP or compliance-driven documentation process
- Based in the United States
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with a sales enablement platform (Highspot, Seismic, Guru, or similar)
- Familiarity with RFP software (Responsive, RFPIO, Loopio, or similar)
- CRM experience (HubSpot) for tracking rep data and onboarding progress
- Background in instructional design, adult learning, or sales training
- Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role
