Team Venti Interns participate in an accelerated six-month internship program that allows them to experience professional life via the assignment of projects that are critical for their team´s and client´s success. 

We have an opening for a Sales Operations Intern.

This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team. We are located in Austin, Texas, with an international presence in countries such as Canada, Mexico, USA among others, helping our clients achieve successful business outcomes through the smart implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud offerings.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will assist your assigned team with business support activities (ex. engaging with business prospects and coordinating calls, building proposals/quotes, collaboration with team members across multiple departments such as engineering/marketing).

This is a remote role (no travel required) and you will communicate with co-workers and business partners via video, telephone, email, and IM.

Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

This is a full-time paid internship

Working in a quiet space with access to a computer and headset in good working conditions.


Requirements
  • University degree already attained or students graduating within the next 12 months.
  • Self-motivated and accountable: Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of responsibility.
  • Time Management Skills: Adept with being able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with basic CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Monday, or similar platforms.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Competence: Basic understanding of PC, networking, and fundamental internet technologies.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Passion for Growth: Eagerness to learn and grow within the fields of Marketing and Sales.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Experience with Office 365
  • Knowledge of security best practices, antivirus, and other IT security technologies
  • Critical thinking skills
