Sales Person

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting the standards of the Heller Stores, while guiding clients through the car buying process. Your expertise in sales and customer engagement will be essential in helping customers find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for automobiles.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key attributes and benefits.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with leads (including a lot of multi-tasking).
  • Work well with your Sales Managers to ensure a seamless buying process with no hassles for the customer.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with sales management tools and techniques is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of the car buying process and how to simplify the experience for the customer, while working through challenges that might arise before, during and after the sale.

Experience:

  • Automotive Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
