About the Role

Orchard is looking for a Contract Sourcer to help scale our fast growing Real Estate Agent teams throughout the country. The Recruiting Sourcer will actively source and engage a high volume of passive Real Estate Agent candidates, and introduce any interested prospects to a Recruiter who will manage the candidate experience through the end of the process.

This is a 40 hour/week contract role that will last for three months, with the potential for extension based on business need.  This role will report into the Director of Talent Acquisition and can be remote in any of the following states: Washington DC, CA, FL, GA, MA, MI, MS, NC, NJ, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Source a high volume of Real Estate Agent prospects using tools such as Gem, Linkedin Recruiter, and Indeed Sourcing Automation
  • Use your own research to get creative on where to find Real Estate Agent talent that otherwise might stay off the radar
  • Provide a high touch, best in class candidate experience when handing off a prospect to a Recruiter
  • Track progress of sourcing strategies and share with key stakeholders on a weekly basis

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have

  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Sourcer required, ideally working in an in-house recruiting role in real estate or a high-growth startup 
  • A proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
  • Experience sourcing talent for sales, Real Estate Agents or other high-volume roles
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and ability to work independently across multiple roles
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of candidates.
  • A high sense of urgency, strong communication skills and detail oriented
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem and Linkedin Recruiter required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
