Sell and promote Timac Agro products to growers by building trusted relationships, teaching product benefits, conducting field demonstrations, collecting data, representing the company at meetings, traveling the assigned territory, and developing/executing a localized sales strategy.

What will you do?
- Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
- Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and how our technologies can help them become more profitable and sustainable.
- Actively Listen and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences.
- Travel within your assigned territory meeting prospective and current customers and introduce our products.
- Set up field demonstrations and Collect Data from them to generate future sales.
- Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events.
- Develop your sales strategy to introduce our products to customers within your assigned area.
Requirements
What will it take?
- A bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Sales experience (or motivation to learn).
- Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust.
- Valid Driver’s License.
