About the Company

We are a growing technology company providing innovative software and AI-powered solutions to businesses in the automotive collision repair and auto body industry. Our platform helps collision centres and body shops capture more leads, respond to customers faster, automate follow-up, schedule repairs, and convert more opportunities into revenue.

Our technology is designed to help repair shops streamline their sales and communication processes while improving the customer experience. By combining AI, automation, lead management, communication tools, and sales workflows, we help businesses reduce missed opportunities and grow without necessarily adding more staff.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

About the Role

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and connecting with decision-makers within the automotive collision repair industry.

This is a high-activity, outbound sales role with a strong focus on cold calling, prospecting, and consultative selling. You will engage directly with auto body shop owners, general managers, and other key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and introduce technology solutions that can help them capture more leads, increase repair bookings, and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business owners, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and motivated by the opportunity to build relationships and close new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.

  • Identify and engage decision-makers at collision repair centres, auto body shops, and related automotive businesses.

  • Clearly communicate the value of technology and AI solutions to prospects who may not be familiar with SaaS or AI-powered sales tools.

  • Build rapport with prospects and establish credibility through consultative conversations.

  • Ask thoughtful discovery questions to understand a prospect’s current sales, lead management, customer communication, and follow-up processes.

  • Identify business challenges such as missed calls, slow response times, lost leads, low estimate conversion, or inconsistent customer follow-up.

  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, business profile, and potential fit.

  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations or discovery meetings with the appropriate sales team members.

  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, prospect, and pipeline information in the CRM.

  • Track and consistently meet or exceed individual activity and sales KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and conversion rates.

  • Stay informed about trends and challenges affecting the automotive collision repair and auto body industry.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s technology and confidently explain how it can help businesses improve lead capture, customer communication, follow-up, and repair sales.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
  • Making outbound cold calls to prospective customers.

  • Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.

  • Researching and building prospect lists.

  • Following up with leads and previous conversations.

  • Conducting discovery conversations to identify pain points and business opportunities.

  • Booking qualified demos and sales meetings.

  • Updating the CRM and managing your pipeline.

  • Working toward daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets.

  • Continuously testing and improving your sales messaging and outreach approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, outbound sales, or business development.

  • Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and engaging prospects who may not be actively looking for a solution.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, professional, and persuasive communication style.

  • Ability to quickly build rapport with business owners and senior decision-makers.

  • Strong discovery and active listening skills.

  • Ability to identify customer pain points and connect them to business value.

  • Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable sales targets and KPIs.

  • Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales activity records.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling SaaS, software, AI, automation, or technology solutions.

  • Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses.

  • Previous experience in the automotive, collision repair, auto body, insurance, dealership, or automotive services industry.

  • Experience selling solutions that involve CRM, lead generation, customer communication, marketing automation, or business process automation.

  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM and sales platforms.

  • Experience managing a full outbound sales cycle from prospecting through qualification and closing.

Ideal Candidate

You are a hunter at heart who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you. You are comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations with people you have never spoken to before, and turning cold prospects into qualified opportunities.

You understand that successful outbound sales requires consistency, resilience, strong follow-up, and the ability to learn from every conversation.

You are also a consultative seller who understands that the goal is not simply to make a sale. You want to understand how a business operates, identify where it is losing opportunities, and show decision-makers how the right technology can help them improve their business.

Success in This Role

Success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity targets.

  • Generate a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers.

  • Convert cold prospects into qualified sales meetings and demonstrations.

  • Maintain strong follow-up throughout the sales process.

  • Contribute to new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the collision repair and auto body industry.

  • Continuously improve your outreach, messaging, and conversion rates.
