Job Title: Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Location: Remote – USA-based only

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter who has an existing rolodex of clients and is passionate about connecting Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) with high-quality Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant services. You will play a key role in driving growth by introducing our solutions to your network and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your existing network of SMB clients to promote and sell Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant services.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams during the onboarding process.
  • Track outreach efforts and sales pipeline through regular reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Must be comfortable working on a commission-only compensation structure.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Existing client base or network within the SMB sector.
  • Strong understanding of the value and application of Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
