We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team, and to help us grow our client base and build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching potential leads through Google, LinkedIn, databases, and market search
- Contacting and engaging cold leads
- Managing clients through the full sales cycle: pitches, presentations, negotiations, and contract signing
- Collaborating with legal, finance, product, and business development teams
- Working with CRM systems to track and manage opportunities
- Building and maintaining partnerships in key verticals: Home Improvement and Loans
- Achieving KPIs, including bringing in at least 5 new partners per month
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record in cold sales (calls, outreach, LinkedIn)
- Background in Home Improvement, Finance, Loans (traffic sales preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, persistent, and resilient — able to handle rejection and keep moving forward
