We are looking for a technically capable, detail-oriented Scrum Master to support and monitor our global sales team. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role — you will be embedded in daily sales operations, owning CRM governance, process compliance, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily Scrum calls with sales representatives across regions — tracking leads, follow-ups, offers, and deal progress

Onboard every new sales hire onto Fouress CRM protocols — explain workflows, field usage standards, data entry rules, and reporting expectations

Monitor sales executives for adherence to all CRM procedures and escalate non-compliance

Actively use Zoho CRM daily — create, update, and audit records as needed

Track and report on sales KPIs using Power BI dashboards

Identify process gaps and flag them to management with data to back it up

Maintain documentation of CRM SOPs and update them as protocols evolve

Coordinate between sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure pipeline visibility
