We are currently hiring for the role of Sales Specialist.
SUMMARY
The Sales Specialist is an entry-level role within the Inside Sales team. This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, efficiently processing orders, and supporting the overall sales process. Sales Specialists build a strong foundation in Kele’s systems, products, and customer service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely and accurate information.
- Enters and processes orders accurately in accordance with internal procedures.
- Supports quoting efforts by creating basic quotes and forwarding more complex requests to appropriate team members.
- Follows up on open quotes, backorders, and shipping updates.
- Escalates complex issues to Technical Sales Specialists or Senior Technical Sales Specialists.
- Promotes Kele’s products and services using ASLAN principles.
- Maintains accurate documentation in order entry and internal tracking systems.
- Participates in product and service training to build product knowledge and sales skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial distribution or process/combustion equipment is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn company ERP/CRM systems
