As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Support and Enablement Coordinator to join our Business Development Operations team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting high-performing teams, learning new systems and processes, and contributing to business growth behind the scenes.

The Sales Support and Enablement Coordinator will work closely with our Sales Support Managers and Business Development professionals, providing operational support, project coordination, proposal assistance, event outreach, and Salesforce administration. This position is designed as a developmental role with significant opportunities for mentorship, growth, and increasing responsibility over time.

What You'll Do

Support Business Development Operations

Provide day-to-day sales operations support to Business Development professionals and Sales Support Managers across a variety of activities, helping ensure opportunities and client pursuits move forward efficiently and accurately.

Assist with:

  • Salesforce opportunity setup and maintenance
  • Data entry and record updates
  • Opportunity tracking and reporting
  • Sales process administration
  • Internal coordination and follow-up activities

Provide Coverage and Overflow Support

Serve as a flexible resource across the Business Development Operations team during periods of high activity.

You will:

  • Provide surge support during proposal, SOW, and contracting peaks
  • Assist with workload balancing across Sales Support Managers
  • Support coverage needs during planned or unplanned absences
  • Learn multiple areas of responsibility to ensure continuity of operations

Support Proposal and Document Development

Partner with Business Development and Sales Support Managers to prepare and format client-facing materials.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Proposal coordination and assembly
  • Biography updates and professional profile compilation
  • Slide formatting and presentation support
  • Document quality reviews
  • Template maintenance and document organization

Support Event Outreach and Business Development Campaigns

Help drive awareness and attendance for Connor Group-hosted events and business development initiatives.

You will:

  • Execute templated outbound email campaigns to prospective event attendees
  • Support invitation campaigns using target prospect lists provided by Marketing and Business Development teams
  • Track outreach activity and campaign results
  • Assist with event logistics and attendee management activities
  • Support efforts to introduce Connor Group to new contacts and organizations

Learn and Develop into a Future Sales Support Leader

Work alongside experienced Sales Support Managers through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

You'll gain exposure to:

  • Statement of Work (SOW) development
  • Proposal management
  • Contract administration
  • Salesforce operations
  • Business development processes
  • Operational reporting and metrics
  • Process improvement initiatives

Over time, this role is expected to expand in scope and responsibility as experience and expertise grow.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, business operations, marketing operations, project coordination, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Experience supporting professional services, consulting, technology, or business development teams
  • Familiarity with proposal preparation and document management
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or outreach efforts
  • Interest in sales operations, business development, or revenue operations
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new systems and processes

  • Become a trusted support resource for Business Development professionals and Sales Support Managers
  • Successfully provide coverage and flexibility across the BD Operations team
  • Help improve responsiveness during peak workload periods
  • Execute outreach campaigns that contribute to event attendance and business development efforts
  • Consistently deliver high-quality and accurate work products
  • Develop the knowledge and skills necessary for continued advancement within the Sales Support organization

Remote or Hybrid

Travel:

Limited travel as needed for training, team meetings, firm events, and select client-facing business development activities.

Compensation: Compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 and is determined based on the candidate's geographic location, level of relevant experience, and qualifications.
