Sales Support Officer 

Role Summary
As a Sales Support Officer, you will support the sales team by identifying potential customers, promoting bank products, and helping convert leads into sales. You will also ensure all processes follow bank policies and regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads

  • Support sales campaigns and meet targets

  • Complete and submit customer applications accurately

  • Ensure all customer documents are correct and complete

  • Provide good customer service at all times

  • Keep records of sales and performance

  • Work with team members and attend training

  • Follow all company policies, including KYC, AML, and operational procedures

  • Maintain security, safety, and confidentiality standards

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Management



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • Some sales or customer service experience is a plus

  • Willingness to learn and adapt
