About the Role:
As a Sales Training Manager, you will independently execute comprehensive training programs designed to develop our sales team's skills and competencies. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure training initiatives align with organizational strategies, driving substantial growth and success. This role welcomes seasoned trainers eager to leverage their expertise in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Execute advanced and specialized sales training programs independently.
• Align training objectives with organizational strategies and goals.
• Lead cross-functional projects to integrate training with business initiatives.
• Provide specialized training and mentorship to senior sales representatives.
• Continuously assess and improve training methodologies and materials.
• Oversee the implementation of new training technologies and platforms.
• Conduct in-depth training needs analyses for various sales teams.
• Maintain and update training documentation and compliance records.
• Collaborate with external experts to bring new insights into training programs.
• Monitor industry trends to keep training programs cutting-edge.
Skills:
• Strategic Communication: Ability to communicate training strategies effectively.

5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related field, preferably supporting complex or enterprise sales environments

Compensation:

$98,500.00 - $172,700.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
