Inhabitr is looking for someone to help build the flexible living company of the future. We are building our core team and looking for a sales-oriented customer experience associate who will help design an elite team to handle all customer inquiries and drive top line sales.
The ideal candidate has an outstanding ability to process and synthesize information, excellent communication skills, and unsung hero leadership style, an OCD style attention to detail, immense patience, and a joy for working with people. Requirements:
Become an internal expert on our customers, users and industry.
Offer excellent service to customers via email, chat, phone or in person
Act as the inbound sales leader for the incoming customers and introduce them to our great products and services
Coordinate end to end logistics for customer orders and manage expectations
Identify, create, and scale a series of best practices that can be utilized by an offshore team
Collaborate with off-shore engineering and design team on developing key customer processes that will enhance the customer experience
Define and track metrics critical to the success of customer experience
Responsible for gathering and synthesizing data and feedback on customer experience including focus groups and surveys
Qualifications:
2-3 years in a customer facing role handling inbound inquiries and customer service requests
Obsession with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Passionate communicator using a data driven approach
Track record of effective collaboration with off-shore engineering and design teams
Experience building and managing teams
