What you’ll do?
As the Global Sales Enablement Director, will be responsible for developing best in class global SaaS B2B sales team through driving the strategy and execution of sales education, on-boarding and certification programs. 

As a senior leader, you will design the strategy for the sales enablement function at Ansarada, partnering with key stakeholders globally to translate it in actionable plans and metrics. You are passionate about developing and growing people, delivering exception sales performance. You will bring energy, enthusiasm and a desire to execute change. You'll also....

  • Design the strategy, metrics, actionable plans for the sales enablement function, partnering with key stakeholders (product marketing, sales, customer success) - including planning and delivery around product knowledge, sales methodologies and processes
  • Design and deliver educational programs and certification to sales and customer success teams, measuring results against key business metrics
  • Develop and manage the on-boarding process for new staff
  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools


Minimum Requirements: 

  • 5+ years experience in sales enablement and/or education role in a mid to senior leadership position in a fast paced environment
  • Previous background and understanding of sales strategy
  • Expert in B2B SaaS sales methodologies and tools
  • Strong influencer and communicator, able to motivate and influence others
  • Great presentation and coaching skills, able to deliver education programs to sales teams globally, bringing out the best in others, and helping them learn, grow, and succeed 
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Motivation and flexibility to work well in a rapidly changing fast-growing environment - experience working in a hyper growth business is a plus 
  • Training/ coaching experience in provocative or challenger selling a plus
  • International travel is a requirement
