Digital ads drive over 100 billion phone calls to U.S. businesses every year… Surprisingly, the marketers who paid for those ads typically have zero insight into these customer interactions and conversions. As the market leader in call analytics and customer experience optimization, DialogTech provides data-driven marketers with an end-to-end call attribution and analytics platform. This enterprise-class solution delivers transparency and control over every conversation, so companies can optimize lead generation, map the full path to conversion, and increase sales conversions.

Thanks to smartphones, consumers are calling businesses to engage in conversations at record rates throughout every stage of the customer journey, and at DialogTech we are changing the world of voice communications for our customers. We enable our customers to better attribute, route, personalize, and handle their voice interactions at each stage of the marketing and sales process.

Do you love building partnerships between companies? Does launching new business opportunities through technology excite you? Are you a strategic thinker who can empathize with others and their challenges? Can you inspire others and lead?

The Partnerships Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director of Partner Strategy, will be critical to helping shape and execute partnerships in support of our overall product and corporate strategy. To date, we’ve partnered with companies like Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Genesys, Microsoft, Optimizely, Acquisio, Kenshoo, and many more. You will work with cross functional groups including marketing team members, product management team members, sales team members, and engineering team members toward creating joint technology and commercial offerings.

Successful candidates in this role will have the following qualities:

  • High EQ (Emotional Quotient) - When you talk to others you are able to actively listen, hear their concerns (both spoken and unspoken) and understand how to react to engage them;
  • Exemplary presentation skills - This position requires frequently speaking to groups of individuals, both internally and externally to evangelize DialogTech’s mission of helping marketers consume and act on their phone calls;
  • Working knowledge of the Marketing & Advertising Technology space - In building technology partnerships you will often be asked to think about concepts of how marketing and ad technologies work, especially how DialogTech’s platform and data can be activated within a partner platform. To be successful in this role you’ll have to understand what these terms mean and how they interplay with building new technology solutions;
  • Experience building top-of-funnel sales through partner channels - As part of every partner relationship, we need to drive commercial value for the business. Enabling our partners to position the joint offering, recommend our services, or package DialogTech within their existing offering is critical to measuring the effectiveness of the partnership. As part of this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the growth of DialogTech;
  • Attention to detail and a desire to execute - We run a pretty lean environment in that everyone does a bit of everything. To make our partnership strategy work you’ll be asked to execute often. Sometimes you’ll be building a powerpoint deck for someone else to present. Sometimes you’ll be preparing presentations for yourself, sometimes you’ll be collaborating with marketing on messaging, sometimes you’ll be putting internal reporting together, It all depends. In any of these roles you strive to get it right, all the time. Above all else, though, you want to get sh*t done;
  • Strategic, creative thinking - Some might think this runs counter to a desire to execute, but you understand that no matter how big or small our headcount, no matter what the size of our budget, we will always be resource constrained. There will always be more ideas than time to build them. You spend your time thinking about which ideas would be the most impactful for the organization, not just those we can get done today. You are able to weigh priorities and make difficult tradeoffs based on projected impact; and
  • A love of travel - often this job requires getting on a plane to go meet a few partners at a time. There’s no set amount of travel here, but it’s somewhere around 40%+, though if you’re a road warrior that can happen as well. We’re open, but we do want you to know that there will be some travel.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves technology and engaging with people. It’s a great role in which to build your personal and professional portfolio while simultaneously helping our customers, partners, and stakeholders be more impactful at their jobs. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
