Now’s an exciting time for our business, as we continue to expand across multiple US states from Ohio to California. To support this growth, we require an experienced individual to develop and manage a brand new service offered by PHMG – enjoying the prestige that comes with launching this development across the globe. 

This individual will work congruently with our sales, on-boarding and technical delivery teams, enhancing the configuration of our world-class audio branding services. Through designing and developing effective call flow solutions that are fit for business purposes, you’ll demonstrate your expertize by providing advice on how best to adapt client and prospect caller experiences to maximize audio branding touchpoints.

This unique position demands a candidate with prior knowledge and insight into voice communication technologies and client exposure. With your fundamental understanding of voice networks and their infrastructures, you’ll work hands-on with our clients to ensure successful configuration of their audio branding services – excelling in a customer facing position. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing technical expertise to support the sales, on-boarding and technical delivery teams.
• Working through the pre-sale process by providing information on the product, assessing the clients technical and configuration needs and effectively answering questions regarding Unified Communication Systems
• Increasing audio branding touchpoints within client and prospect systems
• Understanding customer requirements and translating them into functions and effective call flow design – while ensuring telephony solutions remain fit for business purposes.
• Providing hands-on configuration for Cloud Unified Communications platforms and smaller implementation tasks. 
• Leading your own projects to ensure the effective delivery of ongoing solutions.
• Enhancing the abilities of client-facing teams by improving their knowledge and understanding of technical solutions. 
• Travelling internationally to visit clients or PHMG offices, as and when required.

What we look for:

• Up-to-date knowledge and expertise of voice communication technologies
• A minimum of three years hands-on experience in technical and engineering unified communications
• Configuration, troubleshooting and design implementation with in voice and data technologies
• Wider technical knowledge of voice and data delivery technologies, i.e. LAN/WAN/SIP, switching and routing or any CISCO voice and collaboration related certifications.
• Expert communication skills to liaise with staff and clients alike. You’ll have the unique ability to effectively translate complex concepts, and deliver the world-class service we pride ourselves on.
