Position Description
ClearCut is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced and growing sales team. The Sales Coordinator (SC) will play a key role in improving sales operations, maintaining prospect relations, and achieving sales goals. The SC will work directly with the sales team and marketing team to help identify and drive sales leads, orchestrate and refine processes for qualification and create supporting documents, presentations, and other assets.
Responsibilities
Optimize the efforts of the sales staff to increase the company’s profits
Work with Sales Department to create effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive new opportunities and nurture existing
Research and identify leads and contacts using existing internal and external tools
Assist in the design and execution of prospect outreach via direct mail, email, handwritten notes, etc.
Manage data input; making sure information is correctly inputted, both manually and automatically to best drive sales and marketing outreach
Assist in reporting cold outreach effectiveness using sequences, templates, etc.
Manage the proposal development for opportunities using templates and in-take from the Sales stream
Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to senior management
Requirements
1-2 years sales operations, or similar support, experience, in a technology-centric organization
Proficient in the Microsoft and Google suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertise
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledgeable in CRM platforms, Hubspot preferred
Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities to meet fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Design Skills (Canva, Illustrator, PhotoShop) is a plus/bonus
