About the Role
This person will be responsible for continually identifying and securing new client accounts that increase revenue and profitability for the company. You will bring passion and expertise to drive new business opportunities, while creating awareness and relationships with our most important prospects and partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in Chicago, while having a critical impact on HealthJoy’s rapidly growing sales organization.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with brokers to incorporate HealthJoy into their employee benefits offering
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and use detailed knowledge of the HealthJoy solutions to challenge prospective brokers & customers to consider a new and innovative offering
- Ability to articulate HealthJoy’s value proposition to prospective and existing clients and successfully secure new business
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients onsite
- Collaborate with all levels and departments in a positive and successful manner
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits landscape and evolution
- Smart, entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and strong bias to execute
- Aggressive self-start with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
- Commitment to sell, win and grow
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; excellent poise and presentation skills
- Detailed knowledge of and passion for SaaS applications with the ability to conduct product demos and understand the complexities of a SaaS business
- 6+ years of experience in a healthcare sales position
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to travel 50% of time
