As Sales Operations Manager, your mission is to drive growth through the transformation of DialogTech's sales operations into a scalable, predictable engine. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with others from Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. You will drive increased sales efficiency and effectiveness with responsibilities including analytics, CRM instrumentation, and pipeline management.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will have an opportunity to directly influence overall company growth trajectory, all while creating an operationally excellent sales organization. You are intellectually curious, have a keen attention to detail, and are able to identify solutions to complex problems (frequently with limited or incomplete data), then roll-up your sleeves to drive implementation and track your work’s impact. 

You are a strong leader, very well organized, quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to work collaboratively with individuals from other departments to help maintain and increase the productivity of the team. 

What you will be doing in your shiny new role:

  • Work with Sales, Marketing and other teams to identify and fix problems in our Sales process to drive the scaled acquisition of customers
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends amongst sales performance and activity
  • Create and lead ad hoc analytics/projects to support the sales reporting and analytic needs, while ensuring the validation and accurate interpretation of the data.
  • Produce reporting visuals and presentations for senior management
  • Organizing sales data to support the team in accurately reporting on Sales forecasts, trends, opportunities, wins / losses, competitive activities in the market
  • Track key data and maintain our reporting processes (spanning all key sales pipeline, productivity metrics and forecasting)
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, assist with systems and tools onboarding of new sales reps and optimize lead qualification and scoring
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity and achieve company revenue goals
  • Own Salesforce administration and data hygiene and be responsible for Salesforce improvements, training, and reporting

You may be a fit if you have:

  • 5 - 7+ years Sales Operations experience, ideally in a complex High-Tech or software company
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Relevant industry experience at a SaaS-based company
  • Deep understanding of a SaaS business model
  • Expertise using Salesforce
  • Understanding of Sales Operations business practices for Sales processes and systems (Sales cycles; account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management) and the role of the Salesperson
  • An obsession with process and have a history of driving improvements to the sales process to get meaningful data
  • Highly analytical with a strong history of data-based decision making
  • Think strategically and align data trends to business needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented with ability to partner with leaders and individuals at all levels and to work within a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience in a clear, concise, compelling, and informative fashion
  • You have utmost attention to detail, self-motivation, and thrive working in a fast paced, start-up environment
