Job Summary
We are currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Salesforce.com Administrator with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment to join our Revenue Team. This person will collaborate with our entire Go To Market Team – Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Marketing to drive technology strategy, develop and implement scalable processes, and instill SFDC excellence that will ultimately drive Revenue growth. There will be an emphasis on the administration of not just Salesforce.com, but also other key tools in our Revenue technology stack. In addition to being highly adept at technology administration, the ideal candidate has demonstrated excellence in the functions of Revenue Operations and Analytics. We’re looking for someone who is not only able to produce a dashboard that summarizes pipeline information but is also able to articulate trends and take action.

This position will report directly to VP, Revenue Operations. While we prefer candidates located in Chicago, we are open to remote work for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce.com Administration
- Provide strategic direction for our Salesforce system (and related sales tools) and work with other stakeholders to establish, document and implement best practices with regards to system configuration, development, testing, maintenance, and data integrity
- Administration of our Salesforce system including customizing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, custom applications, flows, processes, dashboards, etc.
- Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage (and other related sales tools) including training, documentation and support as necessary
- Research additional functionality that would enhance our business capabilities
- Organize, report, track and update Sales pipeline activity utilizing Salesforce
- Prepare sales performance reports and related communication, including bi-weekly Sales team updates and monthly board slides
- Support RFP response preparation and maintain RFP repository and related process documentation
- Additional administrative support for Sales team members as needed
Revenue Technology Administration
- Own the strategic selection, implementation, and management of tooling that makes a Revenue organization scaling to over 9 figures in revenue
- Maintain license compliance and be proactive in identifying potential need for more technology
- Maintain organization and discipline in distribution lists, Slack channels, and SharePoint
Revenue Operations Analyst
- Work with Sales leaders to provide them with insight needed to close more deals, faster
- Perform analyses that help drive GTM strategy; identify trends in markets, sales cycles, deals, and product usage that enable better decision making
- Partner with the VP RevOps to build out a world-class Operations function
- Assist in keeping the trains running on time as we grow through disciplined data extraction as part of a weekly operating cadence
- Define, measure, and adjust key KPIs for the Revenue Organization
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years Salesforce.com & Marketo experience
- 2+ years in a Marketing and/or Sales operations environment
- Salesforce Admin 201 Certification a plus
- Previous sales, sales coordination and/or administrative support experience required
- Superior MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with a specific emphasis on MS Excel
- Understanding of SaaS and the financial principles that drive the industry
- Previous hands-on experience and proficiency with with Salesforce, Marketo or similar sales and marketing management tools required, certification with these tools is preferred
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes; in-depth knowledge of CRM strategy and systems
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
- Comfortable with problem solving and making recommendations to improve current usage of software
- Ability to provide 1:1 and group training on the correct use an implementation of Salesforce
