Your Impact
ALEX is single-handedly changing the benefits industry, and you'll be on the team that makes that happen. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll forge strong relationships with our upper echelon of Fortune 500 customers, and sell them other ALEX® products and services that solve their problems.
You’ll also need to maintain a close working relationship with our Insights Analyst team.
Responsibilities
Senior Account Managers will:
- Create strategic relationships with complex, high-value clients (often with other partners and vendors at play) in a way that challenges the status-quo and pushes the boundaries of their current communication efforts
- Sell customers on Jellyvision’s new technologies and products
- Establish a strong sales process that includes pre-research, consultative question-asking, pitches, and follow-ups.
- Support Fortune 500 client accounts through the sale of custom services
- Answer client questions (via phone and email) with a deft mix of charm and hard-core competence
- Travel occasionally to visit clients onsite
Experience & Skills
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who is:
- Comfortable selling into (often large) corporate accounts
- Bonus points if you’ve worked specifically with HR/Corporate Communications accounts or in the SAAS industry.
- Able to meet (and/or exceed) sales quotas
