The ReviewTrackers Sales Team is a group of creative, driven innovators who are passionate about understanding our clients and demonstrating how our product will change the way companies get and use feedback. The Sr. Manager for Partnerships will act as a thought leader on this team and build strategic partnerships to grow ReviewTrackers' top line and future opportunities. 

This role is responsible for cultivating new partnership opportunities, creating a strategic plan to grow the partnerships team, and establishing clear measures of success. We are looking for an experienced Partnership sales person with an appetite for carving out new ground and establishing scalable processes. 

What you will contribute:

Strategic Planning:

 

  • Develop and implement a partnership strategy to increase the reach and impact of our efforts to advance ReviewTrackers
  • Research trends and competition to strategically drive the ReviewTrackers business-development pipeline


Innovative Execution
 

  • Develop partner networks and strategic partnerships across the US and globally
  • Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and, where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact
  • Project and promote ReviewTrackers business initiatives to new audiences and partners
  • Develop and manage partner agreements


Data-Driven Leadership
 

  • Implement effective tracking methods for partnership development
  • Track and report on partnerships' impact on new business acquisition and sustaining long-term business relationships
  • Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues in customer needs 
  • Develop and manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities

What you have:
 

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in strategic sales or business development
  • Demonstrated success in that role and tangible experience of having expanded and cultivated existing partnerships over time
  • Proven ability to find and close new strategic partnerships that have led to increased revenue and contracts
  • Proven ability to negotiate and work with high-level executives
  • Experience interacting with a senior management team and contributing to organizational strategy
  • Strong relationship-building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
