Farmer’s Fridge is hiring a Vice President of Sales. You will have the opportunity to accelerate our sales teams efforts by driving consistent and sustainable growth into new markets and across multiple channels. You will lead the rapid growth of our Farmer’s Fridge sales team to 2-3x growth YOY and scale to new regions and national accounts. 

You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth by leading people, building appropriate process and evolving our systems to support the teams success. You will use quantitative data derived from our sales CRM and the market to make informed decisions, uncover gaps and measure success. Your expertise in developing & accelerating our talented sales teams' performance capabilities will be leveraged to grow in multiple and new geographic markets. 

Your ability to effectively evaluate, coach and build relationships with your sales leaders and to deliver through leaders is key to your success. As a member of the Growth Leadership Team, we will look to you for your strategic insights, realistic forecasts, and status reports with market and client feedback.

Your expertise in scaling at various stages of funding and growth is critical to accelerating Farmer's Fridge at this stage in our life cycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• At least 15 years of sales experience
• At least 10 years of experience building and leading a national sales function
• Experience launching and growing in new markets
• Experience growing national accounts
• Hyper growth sales leadership experience
• Ability to travel at least 50%

• MBA or Master’s Degree
