We’re looking for a Salesforce Account Executive who is highly driven, action-oriented, and motivated to open doors and close deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, values the power of collaboration with technical experts, and is passionate about helping clients achieve digital transformation through the power of the Salesforce platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within our target markets (Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, and others).
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new logo opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients by deeply understanding their business needs and showcasing Demand Chain’s Salesforce capabilities.
  • Partner closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, and executive sponsors to shape innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Represent Demand Chain’s values and vision in the marketplace, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales cycle
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report key metrics.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position Demand Chain as a thought leader and trusted partner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of inside and/or outside Salesforce sales experience, ideally in professional services.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new business and consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage high-volume prospecting and deal cycles
  • Confident and polished communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Collaborative and coachable; thrives working alongside brilliant solution architects and delivery teams
  • Required: being highly knowledgeable about Salesforce products, ecosystem, and our competitive landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
