Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Salesforce.com expert to work closely with our Business Development, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams. You will be trained on our products and business model and be educated about the ever-changing, increasingly complex AdTech industry.

Here’s what you will handle in the role:

  • Collaborate with our team of  Salesforce Administrators and communicate at a high level with business owners and other technology team members, managing CRM, operational workflows, and customer portals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, understand business needs, and define requirements to guide implementation
  • Design and implement repeatable and scalable solutions to fulfill business needs
  • Work with data and analytics team members to integrate Salesforce with source databases and data warehouse solutions
  • Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other applications
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, resolve bugs and errors, and implement optimal solutions to resolve issues at the source
  • Manage Salesforce change control for both new functionality requests and environment management
  • Own system documentation for Salesforce, its integrations, and ongoing enhancements/updates
  • Manage Salesforce user access, security, roles, and profiles
  • Use Salesforce DevOps Center to manage change control, ensure reliable deployments, and maintain version control across sandboxes and production.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable, low-code or declarative solutions using Flows, Dynamic Forms, and custom metadata where appropriate.
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and overall platform security posture.
  • Flex into other projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of dedicated experience administering Salesforce.com, ideally across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform features.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a technology function or role
  • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and data synchronization tasks
  • Experience with or interest in Salesforce AI features (Einstein, GPT assistant tools) and DevOps Center.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.), and platform governance.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred; other certifications are a plus.

We’d also like to see:

  • Strong time management, planning, prioritization and technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience interacting with a wide variety of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Executive leaders
  • Desire to work and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Start-up background preferred, comfortable being a jack-of-all-trades and working on a breadth of projects with short turnaround times
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, accountability, and curiosity.

What you can expect in return:

  • Full-Time, Salaried Position
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • The opportunity to be part of something BIG
