iM Responsible For…
- Translating business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
- Building and optimizing automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) to streamline operations.
- Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations to empower business teams.
- Enforcing data quality standards and system governance.
- Maintaining clear documentation of processes, configurations, and changes.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, security protocols, and external regulations.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to enhance workflows.
- Partnering with IT and vendors on integrations, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Overseeing data management, including deduplication, cleansing, imports, and governance.
- Acting as the Salesforce subject matter expert for the organization.
- Mentoring junior administrators and sharing best practices.
- Contributing to roadmap planning and long-term Salesforce strategy.
- 6–8+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- A mastery of Salesforce automation tools (especially Flows) with a focus on bulk-safe, maintainable design.
- Strong reporting and dashboard development skills.
- Proven success managing roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data security.
- Hands-on experience with integrations across GTM business systems.
- Data operations expertise and a mindset for accuracy, integrity, and scalability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing automation and data issues.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and requirements-gathering skills.
- A scale-first, future-proof mindset with continual learning on Salesforce releases, AppExchange tools, and best practices.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).

- Experience designing governance processes to prevent org sprawl.
