Tenna is searching for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the team. Our Salesforce Administrator will assist various departments within the company to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and execute on daily tasks associated with our roadmap. Ideal candidates will enjoy all aspects of end user experience including designing, scoping, building, training, and delivering solutions with user satisfaction being a priority. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. Having the ability and comfort in analyzing business needs and translating them into systemized processes is critical. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, highly collaborative, and enjoy working with the Salesforce Platform.
Your Responsibilities:
- Executes on all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Performs Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, Workflow rules (retired), Process Builder (retired), assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Configures and optimizes Agentforce Agents, defining Topics, Actions, and Instructions to automate business tasks while ensuring accurate intent detection
- Designs and maintains Prompt Templates within Prompt Builder to ground AI responses in Salesforce data
- Adapts existing Flows and builds new autolaunched Flows to serve as "Actions" for Agentforce logic
- Manages sandbox environments & scratch orgs
- Identifies and gathers requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identifies unused or underutilized platform features
- Assists with platform roadmap and defines priorities via liaising with stakeholders
- Owns the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Performs data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Conducts proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Monitors and improves user adoption
- Trains new and ongoing users
- Creates and updates technical documentation
- Works with integrated applications including but not limited to Maxio, DocuSign, Custom CPQ, Custom Apps, E-Store (WordPress), Zapier, HubSpot etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud is required
- Experience working with salesforce territory management tools is required
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
- Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist Certification is strongly preferred
- Trailhead Badges and/or Super Badges are required
- Expertise with Salesforce Reports and Salesforce automation tools including Flow Builder, Flow Orchestrator, and Process Builder is required
- Demonstrated understanding of Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Generative AI concepts (LLMs, Grounding)
- Practical knowledge of AI coding tools (i.e. Claude Code) to streamline Salesforce development, automation, and configuration
- Solid understanding of Data Cloud (including configuring data streams and data models), Salesforce Data structures and custom objects
- Solid understanding of Sales Engagement, Inbox, Einstein Conversation Insights, Pipeline Inspection
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder are strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud and CPQ, Maxio, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, help desk ticketing systems, i.e. JIRA, Help Scout is a plus
- Solid understanding of LWC, APEX, Visualforce, and Agentforce Vibes is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting SaaS applications and subscription modelling is a huge plus
