Location: Remote (US-based only)
Type: Contract (1099 ONLY)
Duration: 3-6 months

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Consultant to support a large-scale data migration and data management project. This is a US-based remote contract role (1099), with an initial term of 3-6 months and the potential for extension.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex data migrations, ensuring data quality, and managing integrations across key platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Fluxx. Experience working with nonprofit organizations or within the nonprofit sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute large-scale data migration projects, primarily within Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Develop and implement data management best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Manage data integrations and migrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Fluxx, and other platforms, utilizing tools such as MuleSoft and other ETL and data migration solutions.
• Support data cleansing, de-duplication, transformation, and validation efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize data processes and improve system efficiencies.
• Document data workflows, procedures, and migration strategies.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data management and large-scale data migration projects.
• Proven track record with complex Salesforce data migrations.
• Hands-on experience integrating and managing data across NetSuite, Zendesk, and Fluxx platforms.
• Experience with MuleSoft and other data migration and ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Jitterbit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be located in the United States and eligible to work as a 1099 contractor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations and an understanding of the nonprofit sector's data needs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or similar nonprofit Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with Fluxx in the context of grant management for nonprofits.
