You’ll serve as the internal expert in partnership with an external implementation vendor to guide PHM’s configuration, integrations, and adoption. This role is ideal for someone excited by building from the ground up, enabling cross-functional teams through scalable, secure systems, and shaping our digital foundation to support high-touch healthcare services.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Support PHM’s initial Salesforce launch, driving internal configurations
  • Design, test, and deploy workflows that align with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with ServiceNow HCLS and HubSpot using low-code tools.
  • Implement AI-driven improvements and dashboards to enhance user experience and automation.

How You’ll Spend Your Days

  • Acting as PHM’s primary Salesforce contact during the implementation lifecycle.
  • Translating stakeholder needs into scalable Salesforce workflows and configurations.
  •  Collaborating with partners to integrate platforms via integration tools.
  •  Leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT for automation and productivity gains.
  • Maintaining HIPAA-compliant access, security, and data integrity.
  • Supporting post-launch enhancements, sandbox management, and documentation.

What You Bring to the Table

You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and lead a fresh Salesforce implementation. You thrive in builder-mode, love cross-functional collaboration, and bring both strategic and hands-on skills to get things done.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Agentforce and Flow.
  • Hands-on experience with new org implementations or major rebuilds.
  • Familiarity with one or more integration tools: Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft, or Tray.io.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and how to embed them in enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of HIPAA or similar data privacy frameworks.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow HCLS, HubSpot, or Oracle APEX.
  • Prior work in healthcare, digital health, or regulated tech environments.

You Excel When You

  • Own problems end-to-end and are energized by greenfield work.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Are adaptable, autonomous, and thrive in a remote-first setting.

Compensation

The target base salary for this position is $95,000 – $125,000.

This base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes: health/dental/vision benefits, annual cash incentive, 401k with match, stock options, flexible PTO, and access to PHM’s services for you and your dependents. Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.

Location

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in one of these US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NC, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
